They are quick at replying to emails and are always happy to help or send someone out if there are any issues. The house is very nice and comes with all the main utilities that one might need. I would highly recommend Student rooms 4 U to anyone looking for student accommodation. They provide a great service and are quick to respond/ resolve any issues we may have in the house. The friendly staff conduct a monthly inspection allowing us to communicate any issues. The virtual tours offer an accurate representation of the house meaning we weren't disappointed when we saw it in person. The house is nicely decorated and basic appliances are provided. The Virtual Tours available on the Student Rooms 4 U website were really useful when my friend and I were looking for a flat to live in. They're very detailed and give a great indication of what each property is like. I found that the measuring tool was very useful to give a sense of scale of the rooms and to also plan what size furniture we might want to bring with us when moving in. I would definitely recommend!

My friend and I will be moving into one of Studentrooms4u’s flats next year. We had both the digital tour and an in person tour, and I can honestly say that the digital tour is a really effective way to get to know the space. It gave my friend and I a solid feel for the flat that allowed us to make an informed decision on whether the flat was right for us. It was nice to see the flat in person, but the digital tour really did the job well. We’ve met Simon and Kaye so far and they’re so lovely and quick to respond to emails. When I decided to organise an in person viewing I contacted Simon and got a response later that day. I’m really looking forward to moving in next year!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my first semester at a room in Student Rooms 4 u the previous semester and look forward to finishing my stay. The house is so cosy and the neighbourhood as it is all students, it feels safe and you can live your best life at uni without a problem. Obviously, with covid it was a little more difficult for the maintenance team, yet they still did a superb job. This is my second year staying in a SR4U property and Kaye and Simon continue to provide excellent quality accommodation and hospitality. Both houses were affordable and right on the uni doorstep which is ideal for early morning lectures!! They are quick to respond to any problems or enquiries and Rich is great help with fixing any issues. They know how to appeal to the students with free pizza on arrival as well as all year round partnerships and offers. They have been so helpful so far. I moved in on Monday and they have helped me out every way possible. They have also been really accommodating when it came to securing my room. I feel in love with the house and room but had to guaranteed job at the time and so did not knoechow money was going to be straight away. However, they held the room for me for 30 days and in that time I managed to get a job and so was able to secure my room. The house is stunning and really lovely. Already considering staying for the 21/22 academic year

I rented out a with student rooms 4 U, my landlord was friendly, and professional. I liked the fact that all issues or questions I had were answered by my landlord, meaning it was easier and quicker to get a reply and action upon any issues raised. The room I rented and the communal areas were of a high quality and clean when I moved in. Before moving in the landlord asked if needed any shelves or a mirror, or anything along that line for the room that I was renting which I think was very considerate and helpful.The competitions done by the agency were fun and rewarding, such as the best decorated Christmas themed flat. I would recommend renting a room as the communication between landlord and renter was very professional and the quality of the accommodation was very good.

Can highly recommend to any students looking for comfortable accommodation with genuinely nice landlords. I really enjoyed living in the lovely flat I rented from them. Any problems were sorted out quickly with no fuss. Richard (maintenance) was always friendly and helpful when it came to fixing anything. Any viewings/inspections were done respectfully and with plenty of notice. As a whole company I found them friendly, helpful and professional at all times. If I was a student in Plymouth again I'd be looking to rent from them.

I have heard some horror stories from friends when they have tried to deal with other letting companies who ignore maintenace requests, mould, and tried to charge for non/pre-existing damages but SR4U couldn't be further from this - anything you may need is handled quickly and professionally. I chose to stay in my accomodation during the summer also and any maintenance which was done during that time was worked around me so I wouldn't be disturbed which i really appreciated! Would definitely reccommed choosing SR4U :)
